RE: ID # [redacted] - K.BGlass Company Yes we did order the windows on 6/30/I saw him at the car wash told him I would like to see if he would come to my sons house and look an measure for front windowHe did come by then gave me a price for cost and labor final measurement he did measure a window for my son who also payed him for that windowThey came and got the money on the 30th and said they would order the window that dayThey told me the window was special order and hopefully would be in and installed by the end of JulyWe waited by the 2nd week in August I called was told the lady they deal with was on vacation so they got ordered lateBy the end of August they said windows had been back orderedCalled middle of October windows not inBy the end of October the windows were still not in I went in as I finally caught them in the office and told them we just wanted our money backThey informed me it would take a while to cancel order and get our money backWe agreed they would pay a weekThe first week November I never caught them at store2nd week I caught his wife Kim and she paid to meFrom then until we turned them in we have never received any contact from them at allI have initiated all contactThey don't keep office hours making it hard when they don't answer phone or change numbers which my wife indicated to see them face to faceWe no longer want any windows we just want our money backI have purposely not contacted them in good faith that they would contact me to pay us back as they have my number and it is January 24th and I have not been payed just saw their remarks to you [redacted] ***
