I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I also accept the notice of their acceptance as referenced in their response The letter, which was left in my apartment by an employee, stated that the Company was immediately releasing me from my lease, which is Sept30, 2015, and for me to vacate on or before November 1, 2015, which I am financially responsible for Therefore, as of Sept30, 2015, I no longer have a lease with KBK Enterprises They have given me until November 1, 2015, to vacate the premises However, they refuse to refund my security deposit I want my $security deposit returned

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.  I also accept the notice of their acceptance as referenced in their response.  The letter, which was left in my apartment by an employee, stated that the Company was immediately releasing me from my lease, which is Sept. 30, 2015, and for me to vacate on or before November 1, 2015, which I am financially responsible for.   Therefore, as of Sept. 30, 2015, I no longer have a lease with KBK Enterprises.  They have given me until November 1, 2015, to vacate the  premises.  However, they refuse to refund my security deposit.  I want my $656.00 security deposit returned.

Management Services (KPMS), property manager for Ms. [redacted]'s residential
community, Skyline Terrace, works diligently to maintain healthy and
safe neighborhoods for our residents.  We handle reports of unsafe
or unhealthy living environments with...

extreme concern and of utmost
priority.   
Ms. [redacted]
has been a resident in our Skyline Terrace community since May 1, 2015.
Over the course of the past five months, the KPMS team, directly, and
through the use of two professional companies, sought to promptly identify
and address the complaints Ms. [redacted] and her mother vocalized regarding
pests in the unit.  At each instance, our professional exterminators
have reported no live activity nor signs of infestation.  Both as part of
our routine preventative measures, as well as specific to Ms. [redacted]'s reports
of activity, Ms. [redacted]'s residence has been inspected
and exterminated at least nine times since her move-in.  As a
further step, the unit neighboring Ms. [redacted] has been inspected and
exterminated as a precautionary measure, despite no signs of live
activity.  Additionally, in response to Ms. [redacted]'s concerns of points
of pest entry, her unit was subjected to a cracks and crevices inspection
to determine if such points exist which might allow pests to invade her
unit.  As a precautionary measure, Ms. [redacted]'s door was weather
stripped and sealed.  In addition, Ms. [redacted]'s unit was subjected to
a structural and floor composition inspection to determine whether the
integrity of her home had been compromised to a point that pests could
easily access and/or nest.  No such issues were identified, and notably,
again, no indications of a pest infestation were observed.  Most
recently, Ms. [redacted]'s unit was inspected on 9/19, and no activity was
found. 
At no time
were Ms. [redacted]'s concerns not taken seriously or with delay.  We
have overwhelmingly responded to Ms. [redacted]'s reports with concern, respect,
and diligence.  In light of the fact that Ms. [redacted] has deemed our
efforts and accommodations as unacceptable, KPMS has accepted Ms.
[redacted]'s request to be released from her lease and will accept her
surrender of the premises.  Notice of our acceptance of Ms.
[redacted]'s request has been mailed to her residence.
