Review: KBM came and did landscaping to the front of my house. I was told that the plants had a 1 year guarantee. 4 of the 6 Azalea's have since died and I wanted them replaced. I first called KBM in May and was told that it would be taken care of after Memorial Day. After Memorial Day has come & went so I started calling them again. I have called at least 25 times since then and have left message after message and have not received even one return call. I have received numerous compliments on the landscaping but I really don't feel that I can give KBM a recommendation seeing how they have not followed thru on their guarantee. I am very disappointed with their lack of service.Desired Settlement: I would like my 4 dead Azalea's replaced with new ones of the same color as the 2 that have survived if they can't be matched then I would want 6 new ones of the same color and also with a guarantee.

Review: On June 7, 2015 I emailed Kevin M[redacted], Owner of KBM Lawn & Landscaping and stated I wasn't happy with his services, I was paid up to date and did not want him or his crew back. He responded, "what's your problem?" I didn't respond, and he called me on the telephone and asked why I didn't want his services, I explained I was not happy with the clean up, blowing leaves and grass clippings in the street was not acceptable, his response was "the cars would take care of it." I live on a corner lot and everything would blow back on my property. He said, he didn't want to lose business and if that was all, then he would put in a special work order for his crew to clean up (blow, sweep, etc., and take away). I agreed to give him another chance. The two weeks following were ok. On the third week, I arrived home and luckily my daughter noticed the back gate was not shut, that was discussed at the very beginning when Kevin came out to give me an estimate, I have three dogs and the gates must remained closed and locked. I emailed Kevin again on July 4, 2015 stating this, and it wasn't working out. I told him I no longer wish to have your services, please do not service my property anymore, again, I was paid up to date. He didn't respond. On Friday, July 10, 2015, I arrived home at approximately 4:00 pm and a front portion of my fence was damaged with pickets on the grass in pieces, and the lawn had been cut. I immediately called Kevin and explained what I came home to, his response was "I can't believe my guys would do that without telling me." I also reminded him of my email, he claims he never received it. He said, he might be able to stop by Saturday morning, but he doesn't think there is anything he could do. I was livid. I, myself had to temporarily patch this fence to keep my three dogs contained. I waited until 11:30 am Saturday with no word from him, I called Kevin numerous times on his personal cell phone and I was sent to voice mail. 12:00 noon, I contacted The [redacted] Police Department, an officer was sent to my house, accessed the damage, listened to my story, saw my emails and my cell phone log trying to contact Kevin. He said I could have him arrested for trespassing and possible vandalism. I explained I didn't want that, I just wanted my fence fixed. The officer suggest I try calling Kevin again, I did, he answered, he said he was tied up on a job but would be over within the hour (1:30), he never showed. I started calling Kevin around 3:00 and was sent to voice mail. Around 4:00 pm Kevin resorted to texting me, saying "he was waiting for his guys to come in to question them as to what happen and he would take it from there" He never got back to me. On Monday morning, I contacted the [redacted] Police Department to follow up, they suggested contacting you, I had no choice but to pay out of my pocket to have my fence repaired. I had to pay for the section, installation and removal of the old debris. I feel for a $48.00 fence panel Kevin could have easily paid for this, picked this up, and have his "guys" install it. It cost me triple. He also knew I had hired his services, because I was recently widowed had a young daughter and three dogs. He knew how important it was to have my fence repaired. His unprofessionalism disgusts me. I have all copies of documentation (emails, phone logs, Kevin's texts, and receipts), if needed
