They have NEVER EVER RESPONDED TO EMAILS ON MY BEHALF OR MY PHONE CALLS . THIS IS A LIE!! In good faith?? they did nothing for me. It was in good faith that their associate was telling me the truth about the apartment. The apartment was no where near done and exceptionally small . They held the apartment for me no more then two weeks. This place is a complete joke. Bad management. trash everywhere. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME. I JUST CALLED NOW AND NO ONE EVEN ANSWERED. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a not a good place. I understand policy is policy but there are always exceptions to rules. [redacted] has never EVER attempted to reach out to me to even hear my side of the STORY.
