Review: I bought a 1.50carat diamond ring via ebay,I got item didnt look right I got item appraised at my cost (court worth document the diamond carat was only 0.95carat)now ebay advise me to work out with seller direct which I have tried to do for months,now he gave me a site and specs of ring match the 0.95carat ring I have so it was never 1.50carat in the 1st place now we agreed via email and phone that I pay him some extra and they would send me item with 0.50 carat they owe me which I did and said posted on the **/**/13 gave me tracking number never tracked now 9 days ago they said it has gone missing promise post me another that day I have had no response from them since.I have called usps from the uk over tracking now the item was never paken to the post office by kbs in the 1st place.ebay wont help me have closed the case as I wont send original item back as I would be £200 out of pocket and have no diamond,kbs has robbed me twice and lied to me for nearly 3 months kbs is just not responding to me at all now 9days now,can you help me in any way? I have all this in emails if you need to seeDesired Settlement: either they send the item with the missing diamond carats that I paid extra for(twice they said they would send this,and with proper tracking this time no lies saying they posted when they never) or they give me the difference between the diamond carats $300 plus extra for all expense and stress they have put me through

Review: I purchased an engagement ring from KBS Jewelry Inc's [redacted] store '[redacted]' on [redacted] May 2013 for £915.46 and paid via [redacted] to their account 'KBS Jewelry Inc'.

The ring I received was defective and so they offered an exchange which I agreed to. I returned the ring to the address given by them and waited to receive the replacement ring as promised.

KBS Jewelry Inc provided me with a USPS tracking code to track my item which I noticed was only insured for $100 when I paid $1381 (£915.46). The USPS tracking of the item can be seen here -

On the [redacted] July 2013 you can see that the item reached [redacted], NJ [redacted] and since then it has not moved. I contacted KBS Jewelry Inc on numerous occasions, including a formal complaint on [redacted] August 2013, and they assured me that it was a delay with USPS and that they were looking into the issue. However, they have now ceased all contact and are refusing to answer any of my emails/telephone calls requesting a refund.

We have been engaged almost 6 months now and not only has my fiancé been without an engagement ring for this time but we are also £915.46 worse off and therefore unable to purchase a replacement. This issue has caused us both a great deal of stress and anxiety and we are keen to resolve this matter as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I wish to be provided with a full refund of £915.46 paid directly into my [redacted] account - [redacted]

Review: We purchased a ring from this company on [redacted]. The ring they sent to us was damaged with multiple chipped diamonds. When the ring was returned to them, they did not provide a full refund. They withheld $500+ in "restocking fees". Their return policy states a 14-day full refund policy. We contacted them three times (two phone calls, one email) within this 14-day window to request a return slip for the ring. We were ignored all three times. Upon our fourth phone call, they finally emailed us a return slip the following day. Upon return of the ring, they emailed us and stated a $500+ restocking fee will be charged b/c they received the ring outside of the 14-day return window. We provided the company with documentation showing the phone calls and email. Yet again, they ignored us and simply provided a partial refund.Desired Settlement: We would like our $519.91 returned. More importantly, we would like for others to be warned of this company's business practices.
