I have tried numerous times to contact the company They don't return phone calls, emails etcand they have charge my card twice for the annual fees when I have written to cancel the membership

Have tried to cancel for years via email, phone messages, and hand written lettersCalls are not returned, emails are not answered, and the charges continueI have called the credit card company to block the charges but they still manage to get thruWhen you call the "customer service" line the only option you get is "leave a message"And from viewing other complaints online we are not the first or last to be swindled by KBteachers

KBTEACHERS Founder-Christophe P***/Representatives are not honest or reliable; however, they have no issues with reliability when it comes to billing your account yearly I've attempted feverishly to cancel my membership but to no avail as telephone numbers for the company are set up with recorded messagONE answers and IF there is an option to leave a message, your call will not be returnedE-mail sites are a jokeQuite disappointed with my Credit Card Representatives-(***), as well, as I feel they did not THOROUGHLY investigate this matter on behalf of their loyal Customer in addition to taking the word of the Merchant WITHOUT reviewing the information/facts presented to themIt appears they are only interested in receiving the payment of $as it was given as a temporary credit on my account, now they've informed me that it will be reversedNOT GOOD!! For satisfactory purposes, will take another avenue to resolve this issue

Review: There is no phone number for this company, only email. I emailed them countless times requesting cancellation and a refund. It was well within the 30 day period. I was assuming they were waiting for my 30 days to be up, but I have yet to hear from anyone. Their webpage states that they will respond within 48 hours. It has been at least a month. I don't want future billing and I don't want to go through the inconvenience of canceling my credit card. I just want them to cancel my subscription and refund my $29.95!Desired Settlement: Cancellation and refund

Review: I have made several attempts to cancel my subscription and no one ever contacted me to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $29.95 because of the lousy customer service you provide.

Review: KBteachers renewed a membership on 12/**/14 without me requesting that the membership be renewed. I emailed them on 12/**/14 to indicate that I did not want to renew the membership and indicated that I had not authorized a renewal and wanted to cancel. I received an automated response indicating that I would receive a refund. I have emailed and called several times since that first contact and have received the same automated response over and over. I've called and left several messages, no response.Desired Settlement: Refund of 29.00 credited to by bank account.

Review: I signed up for a trial subscription to KBTeachers 3 years ago. After less than a week, I cancelled my subscription. Recently, a renewal fee was charged to my [redacted] account on November **, 2015 for the amount of $29. I have requested a refund through [redacted] and through the KBTeacher website and have left a message on the company phone number and I have not gotten a single respoonse or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

Review: I signed up for a membership with KTteachers in Feb. 2012 for a $29.00 membership fee. Then in Feb. 2013, KBteachers made an unauthorized fee of $29.00. I have contacted them on the following dates via email (because they have no phone number to call): 2/**, , 3/**, and recently this past week. I received a few emails stating that they will refund my money, but to be patient because it could take up to 5 days. When I originally joined in Feb. 2012, I was not notified nor did I give them permission to recharge me automatically the $29.00 the following year.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated my $29.00 (via my bank account or check), and to have my information deleted from their system.
