Review: Our home warranty company required us to work with KC Air Conditioning for our air conditioner problem. We were required to pay a $100 service fee to have the problem fixed. The problem has not been fixed three weeks later and our insurance company continues to have problems getting information from KC that is needed to evaluate our claim. KC has been unresponsive to us and our insurance company.Desired Settlement: Return the $100 service fee given that satisfactory service was not rendered.
