Business called stating that the consumer knew of the ticking sound before she left the shop She went outside and started on her car and ask me to listen to the ticking sound We had already heard the sound, but the insurance company (***) did not give me authorization to fix the
repair So it is not my liability for what her insurance will not allow We even took it to Burdick to have them look it over because if it was going to be a warranty repair it would have to go to the dealer and not us

CALLED BUSINESS AND SPOKE WITH TOM, HE STATED THAT THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAS TOTALED OUT THE VEHICLE AND SAID THAT THE ENGINE WAS DAMAGED DUE TO THE ACCIDENT

I set up a meeting on 7/14/16 with both Tom from KC Auto and Mike O[redacted] from [redacted] garage to go over the faulty repairs done to my car and it was admitted by Tom that he failed to actually replace my radiator which caused overheating to occur and ultimately damage to my engine. KC Auto was paid by my insurance company to not only repair cosmetic damage to my car but to also replace my radiator.  I requested that KC Auto return the money they were paid for repairs to my car so that my insurance company could pay to have the repairs completed property and he refused.   I have also yet to receive any type of actual invoice from KC Auto in writing.
