Customer called about vehicleCame in for a test driveDecided that he wanted the vehicleI told him what I knew about the vehicle and any repairs that were madeCustomer purchased vehicle AS-ISI explained our policy and what AS -IS meantCustomer purchased a 3rd party drivetrain warranty for (motor, transmission, head gasket and drivetrain) Vehicle did not have any noticeable problems when he took possession.Customer called after a couple of days stating there was a suspension issueI asked him to bring it in for us to verify and we would do what we could for himHe did not!Customer called a couple of days later stating that a check engine light had come onI asked him to bring it in and let us verify and see how we could helpHe did not!Customer called a day later or so stating that the vehicle was overheatingI made an appt with the mechanicI asked him to bring it in so we could check it because it may be something as simple as a leaky hose but not to ignore the issue because a simple issue can become a real problem if not addressedI forwarded contact numbers to insure that he and the mechanic could connectHe did not make the appt nor did he reach out to our mechanic!Customer called a week later wanting to return the vehicle but refused to bring it to us to verify any issuesI explained to customer that we could not help him because he wasnt willing to bring the vehicle to us to check outCustomer called roughly a week later stating the sameI texted the customer back what I had stated to him previouslyCustomer still has not brought the vehicle to us but stated that he took it elsewhere and paid??At this point we do not know what problems are present with the vehicleWe do not know what steps the customer has takenWe do not know if the customer has filled the car with water in cold weather to cause a cracked blockUnfortunately, there is nothing we can do for the customer at this point
