tail.iewelry, Cosmetics, Close-out items cannot be returned or exchanged.All other items: Must to be original condition.As determined by KC Beauty Mart, same package condition as it was, for refund or exchange.We believe that our staff has dealt the complaint with our store policy which any ponytail cannotbe returned or exchanged. However, if the complaint of exchanging the ponytail has to do withthe product itself (defective or damaged), we can solve the complaint by contacting the company.Please have the customer bring the original receipt and the product (ponytail) to our store and wewill have our staff exchange it for a new one which is the same style and color as the original heor she has purchased on 7/5/2017.
