Review: I chose [redacted] for my residential building project. His email indicated he was happy with the new business and the next step was to sign a contract and get started pulling permits. He stopped all communication after that and was still in possession of my architect plans for which I paid a lot of money. I called, left messages, sent emails, all asking for my plans back since he was incommunicado and clearly didn't want the project any longer. He igmored them all. As of now, he has STOLEN my plans that I paid for and that did not belong to him. The plans were on loan to him so he could study them and offer a bid.Desired Settlement: Return my plans in mint condition.
