Review: My daughter and I bought [redacted] sweepers back in July and have not received all our merchandise promised. I was promised a longer hose and my daughter was to get bags and carpet shampoo. We have contacted the company via email and phone. My daughter called the main [redacted] company and was told that we needed to deal with the distributor. We contacted them twice with no results. My daughter was referred to [redacted] West Virginia [redacted]. She was told that they would ship her things out next day and give me a call. I have not received a call nor she her products.Desired Settlement: We just want the money returned that we spent and for them to pick up sweepers. All total we have spent $728.00.
