KC Enterprises Demo & Floors

Wrong color, poor communication, improperly sealed, didnt complete in time, will not respond for resolution.
Hired to demo tile and stain foyer, kitchen, bath and living concrete floors. 50% paid up front. Desired color is charcoal grey but the floors are dark blue. The 4 day job ended up taking 2 weeks in which we(including our dog)could not live in the home. Kevin never told us that the color was not looking like our desired color. We had to ask him about it when we got to see it for the first time after a week. He rolled 4 coats of seal but there are parts of the floor that still appear to have no seal applied. All we want is some type of solution to get something that resembles a finished product somewhat like the photos he showed us from previous jobs. However, we have attempted to contact him several times with no response. The last we heard from him he offered a 25% discount(meaning he wanted us to pay him more money with no resolution). Our response was that we would prefer a solution. We never heard from him again. I assume that he knows that the job was bad and decided to "cut his losses" instead of spending more time to make it right. During the final application of seal I was able to stop by for a few minutes. He just kept saying "I've never seen this issue before" . He never offered any solution.

The Driveway and Pool Patio Flooring has failed within weeks of application from this company's work.
They will not even come out to look at it.
Kevin, owner of K C Enterprises, came painted the 1000 sq ft pool deck in March of 2019. The previous blue paint started to show through within days of application. Kevin did come out and agreed to repaint due to failure of properly sealing the new paint. Kevin also went to *** Paint with me to speak to Derek there, an expert in paint. Derek told Kevin that pool patios need to be sealed...always. He was to fix this issue. He did not. I have pictures I texted him.

The 2600 sq ft driveway was resurfaced in May 2019 and failed within weeks of application. It is still chipping and new cracks are showing daily. I contacted Kevin but he refused to even come out to see this issue. He stated that he will not come out to do "repairs" until I pay him in full.
The total price of this job was $7,000. Kevin has been paid $4,500 in good faith.
This has been a tremendous failure on this company's part to resolve a major failing in their application and products used the pool deck and driveway.
I have contacted 3 companies to give me estimates to fix these issues.
The old paint/concrete resurfacing products have to come off. That is expensive and time consuming....again.
I do not want to take this company to court but these areas have to be fixed before more extensive damage occurs over time.
This was a large job and a huge area to remove and resurface. I believe Kevin from KC Enterprises understands this and that is why he will not even come to see. He called me a con artist. I am devastated to have a company treat me this way.
