[redacted] is very professional, knows what the market place is doing and is honest about whether various items will sell well or will probable be sole at the end of the sale in the "bundle" sale. The owner is very knowldegeable and experienced in the proper pricing and execution of estate sales to maximize the client's proceedsShe also has a number of subject matter experts that can assist on unique itemsHer employees are all excellent and will go to extra steps to show buyers that items workHer commission is fair and competitiveBesides the personal property, she sold a vehicle in the most recent saleIn the course of organizing and preparing for the sale, possibly overlooked keepsakes (photos, etc) were separated and held for the clientShe had the house cleaned following the sale and it was done to the level that I was able to show it to a prospective buyer without any addtional effort
