Review: I entered into a contract with [redacted] KC Fence Company 4/14/12. The job scheduled was to replace an existing fence with a #1 Cedar Fence on the property located at [redacted], Warwick RI. Upon completion of the job and final payment, I observed a large gap under the gate and a gap at the closing of the gate that I was not happy with. I immediately called him within 10 minutes of him leaving the property and notified him that I did not like the way that the gate area looked and I had discovered a cracked picket at the top of my driveway. He stated he was already home and couldn’t come back to the property and would call me back. I called him and arranged to meet with him on 5/18. He did the necessary repairs as requested. Upon leaving my property he stated “now I know when I see your number Not to answer the call.” over the course of the next few days, I discovered several other cracked pickets which made me question the quality and grade of the fence. I carefully inspected each individual picket and discovered 15 were cracked and defective.Desired Settlement: I called him on two separate occasions and left voice mail messages and also sent two certified letters requesting resolution. I have not received any response to numerous attempts to resolve this matter. Enclosed you will find documentation of payment as well as copies of all requests to resolve this matter
