Review: I was treated with bad customer service/ horrible turn around time and nothing but lies from both the owner and the sales guy. When I went in I knew what my budget was, I knew how much I wanted to spend and not a dime more. I order something from their catalog so no prices were liste. I was given a price for a set, although it seems like numbers were thrown at me. I gave him half of what the total was and I would pay once the items were delivered. The order was place. Wrote my address down on their invoice and the sales guy mention that he would give me a call to set up a time for delivery. Haven't heard from him for about a week. So I decided to call, He said ALL the items have been in for quite some time. So I went in pick up my items and to my surprise not all my items were in, just the bed frame. Not to mention he said I owed MORE than what I thought I did. So I ended up paying more, pick up my items thinking it was going to be delivered and walked away with just my bed frame. Few days later I called to follow up on the rest of my items. Spoke to the owner explained what was going on & his first comment was 'I wont be able to help you" every time I would say something he would rudely cut me off and say "This is my store" and there has been no inconvenience on my part.This will be the first and last time I EVER deal with KC FURNITURE, overall it was stressful and untrustingDesired Settlement: Refund of the nightstand that still has not been received and free delivery of the nightstand that was promise by the sales guy when I came to pick up
