KC Parts Boyz

I purchased a set of headlights and installment from KC Parts Boyz on Niles street. After the installment I was driving the car and noticed one headlight blinking as I was driving at night. I went into the business the following day and requested that they take a look at the problem, the gentleman at the counter stated the installer was in Mexico and needed to return when he was in town. I returned back to the company and they stated the installer has moved companies and I would need to contact him with the problem. I have went to the installer 3 times so far and the problem is not fixed still. I returned to the company I noticed it moved to Union Ave. I tried to contact them for a refund and I am not getting a return phone call because the business is always closed. This is a huge inconvenience because I drive at night and I am unable to do that without getting pulled over by the police.
