been in my possession. [redacted] paid us the 2000.00 for the mare. I have included both invoices where [redacted] paid KC Performance Horses L.L.C. I have also attached the numerous photos and the positive review that [redacted] left on this horse. I did speak with her farrier Rick, who notified me that he did not see any signs of navicular in this mare.The only time we were notified of any soundness issues was upon arrival, [redacted] stated the mare was tender in her hock. Brent Daakk Equine transportation stated that the mare showed no signs of visible lameness. [redacted] then went on to ride this mare with no issues until she sent me a photo of a gaping hole in the mare where the mare was injured while [redacted] was trail riding her. [redacted] expressed no further issues with this horse until 3 days ago.There are also numerous photos of [redacted] having this mare tacked up and riding her as well as her telling me this via email. If the Revdex.com needs the emails I will be happy to take a screenshot and attach them. [redacted] was offered a trade on this mare, she was told if the horse was close in price or of the same price we would take the mare back and do a horse for horse trade.We offered to haul the horse from Jackson, MN to Billings, MT free of charge but that [redacted] would have to meet us the remaining 281 miles. [redacted] picked out a horse that was at the asking price of 3850 to trade, I lowered the price to 3250. I allowed [redacted] her purchase price of the horse 2000 towards the 3250. If the money she paid is taken back from us and she has the money and the horse we will file theft of livestock charges against her.
