KC PHOTOGRAPHY NY ("Business") has been the worst part of my wedding night. We have signed the contract to receive online gallery within 14 days after the event. The Business has informed that they will send the online gallery the day after the wedding but they have not abide neither by the contract nor the verbal confirmation. The Business has been non-responsive ever since. We have the copyright to the photos but have not yet received the online gallery still. Had the Business informed that they will take longer period of time, we would not mind waiting. However, the Business decided to avoid our many phone calls, emails, and text messages. That is insulting as the consumer who has paid the price for what was on the contract.
