To whom it may concern:The business has responded to me and they are working on fixing the problem. So far I have not received a refund but have been assured I will get one. I am waiting to hear back today as to when I will receive that refund. I would like to remove my complaint

A refund was issued to [redacted]  for the amount of $164.00. There was a problem with the credit card terminal and additional transactions were processed. We apologized to [redacted] over the phone for this happening and issued her a free coupon worth $59.95 for automotive services.

We normally give customers 3 business days to cancel to get a refund. However, since we can not be sure of what the salesperson said or didn't say, we have sent All E Troyer a refund registered mail. SincerelySherrie

We require the merchandize back within 3 days from the date of purchase to get a refund. [redacted] did call me within the 3 days, where I told him to mail back the merchandize and the yellow receipt. However, for some reason the mail took a long time to get it to me.
