Review: My mother and I wondered into this store to look around and ended up sending $362 on items that we were assured were of good quality. Made of sterling silver and treated specifically with a different platting process as to justify the high price, which was already 50% off at that price. WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT IT WAS FINAL SALE UNTIL WE WERE HANDED A RECEIPT!!!!!

The items were placed in a bag with a website address on them. I went to the website only to find the exact same product we payed $62 "on sale" for $36 full price! I called the store immediately and the manager claimed that the necklaces and other items we bought were not the same. She said to prove it I would have to buy more from the online site and have it tested and that no return policy existed. This is outrageous. The website was on the bag she gave us and now she claims it's a sister company. The item is an exact match to the one online.

Now I may have done poorly in sales but even I know the difference between puffery and an affirmation of fact. We asked for several reassurances that the products she was selling were of the highest quality and the best price for them. She lied and we have no recourse without spending much more money with no opportunity for repayment. Further investigation on yelp told us that they are ripping off customers left and right. As for as I can see this is a basic UCC violation and should be addressed by someone with authority to do something about it without costing customers more time and energyDesired Settlement: I would like the money for the products refunded in full but more importantly an apology (this was my entire month's income!) and the business shut down or the policies changed so that people know what they are getting into and the sales people won't lie to customers.
