I have a pellet stove now for yearsEvery time I need parts & supplies I go to KC stovesThey always have plenty of supplies & parts in stock.Their prices are goodThe people that work there are nice & friendly and knowledgeableI shop around for the best price on supplies & parts and most of the time KC has the best priceOne important thing to remember Every time I went to KC for something THEY HAD IT IN STOCK A lot of the other stove places around ( I been to all of them) don't have stuff in stock They try to [redacted] you why they don't have it in stock and they can order it for you I don't know about the rest of you but when my stove is down and I need a part or something else I WANT IT NOW not tomorrow or next week or whenever If I didn't want it right away and want to do business like that I would stay home in my house and just order it online That's why I go to KC stovesThey are A #in my book???????????????????? Keith and the Staff at KC Stoves are Awesome. Called to schedule service for my pellet stove. The Staff was prompt and courteous was able to schedule me according to my request. Upon arrival the Technician was well groomed, polite, respectful and Knowledgeable. Best experience. I would not go anyplace else for my stove or fireplace needs.
