Lock problem was a bad Fob that unlocks doors and made it possible to lock her keys in the car and she couldn't get it open because keys were in car, that kind of repair is not covered under our warranty.as far as the title we gave them the title when they purchased the car and they registered the car I never knew there was a problem with them getting the title back till there lein holder called me recently and it appears that the state of Missouri never processed a lein release from previous owner witch was attached to title so they were holding there title at state till they got lein release,we hand delivered our copy to local liscense bureau in Grandview Missouri for them to process they said they would be sending customer there title in to weeks from that time witch is theretime to Proscess.They got the Liscense Plates to legally drive and they Legally own the car they should be receiving there title shortly (This Was A Processing Error By the State Of Missouri and was not a error made by KC Used Car Emporium) *** ***
