Thank you.Here is my official position on this situation.Number one we would like to resolve this issues client, we are will at no charge to the client repair the floor joist from the damage in area where wall moved.we are also willing to repair a few cracks that have leaked during the past rains, all at no charge to the clientThe warranty how ever states that the owner must maintain the grade and gutters and downspouts in order to maintain the warrantyIn the area of concern the grade is holding water next to the foundation and the neighbors downspout is dumping here alsoThis was brought to there attention in during my inspection for themIn order to make a permanent repair for them this has to be addressed prior to us repairing the floor joist, I have given them a discounted proposal to fix this permanentlyWe want to get this taken care of as soon as possibleThank you for your help.*** ***###-###-####

Our rejection of *** ***'s and KC Waterproofing's response to our concerns are based on the following facts:
As of the date of this response, it is not true that we have not received a proposal or communication of any kind from KC Waterproofing, as their previous response indicates The french drainage system outside of our home was installed by KC Waterproofing So if it is not effectively draining our neighbor's water away from our house, that is something that KC Waterproofing can take responsibility for and stand by their previous work An independent engineer has looked at the damaged floor joists and indicated that the bracing system installed by KC Waterproofing was not installed using common standards and best practices within the foundation industry The floor joists are damaged due to KC Waterproofing's previous method of installation, NOT because the basement wall has moved to any degree to be concerned about Over the last weeks, this matter has been fully within KC Waterproofing's control to initiate contact with us, communicate what they will and won't do, and come to terms with us to find resolution. Everything *** *** communicated in his previous response could have been called, emailed, or mailed to us However, they have chosen to ignore our communication and respond minimally to our concerns only after the Revdex.com intervened

I am taking legal action in the future after I am able to assess my total damages. I do not have a court date .
