To who it may concern, This is in response to complaint filed against KC Wholesale over $ Customer contacted KC Wholesale about the purchase of one of our Freightliners we just receivedCustomer made an offer over the phone but wanted the lowest mile unit that just came inWe agreed to a sale price and he stated that it would be several day before he could make it upCustomer was told that we do not hold equipment for buyer's to show up (company policy) without some paymentCustomer came in drove truck did find a minor issue and returned to his home state Called in the following Mon stating he did not want the truck even after we change out the tiresCustomer is the one who stated to me that he would pay a restocking fee if need be since we took the truck off the market waiting for him to come inI agreed and said sure we can slit the partial payment we took in advance and refund him the balance which we did the same dayThis was the last I heard of this situation, customer never contacted me again nor did he ever tell me why he did not want to finish the purchase, I just figured something had changed and he was no longer in the position to make the purchaseThe phrase (restocking fee) came from the customer not KC Wholesale and by him offering the fee I believed at the time be felt at fault for backing out of the purchase.Any further questions please contact me.*** [redacted] KC Wholesale###-###-#### office###-###-#### cell***@ [redacted]

To whom it may concern.I received the follow up letter with reference to this complaintThis customer know the truth in how this transaction took placeWe retail well over units a year and have been doing so since 2000, if we had these kind of (strong arm tactics) as stated we would not have the following that we doThis customer offered to pay a (restocking fee) as he put it and we did settle on half of his partial payment of($ )he sent for us to hold the truck until he could show upI am sorry that this customer feels this way but we lived up to our end of the deal and held this truck until he could arrive I am happy he is satisfied with his new truckIf he wants to discuss the ( facts ) to address this further, I am willing to listen and discuss.*** *** ***KC Wholesale###-###-#### office###-###-#### cell***@***

To who it may concern, This is in response to complaint filed against KC Wholesale over $250.00.  Customer contacted KC Wholesale about the purchase of one of our 2007 Freightliners we just received. Customer made an offer over the phone but wanted the lowest mile unit that just came...

in. We agreed to a sale price and he stated that it would be several day before he could make it up. Customer was told that we do not hold equipment for buyer's to show up (company policy) without some payment.
