I did receive all the furniture that we purchased and it did arrive on the date it was scheduledThe store manager and two employees delivered it and we did appreciate thatThe store manager was very polite and concerned about our issues and was very sorry for all the problems we had We did receive a recliner for our frustration and a what appeared to be a heart felt thank you for our purchase and concern for our satisfactionWe are satisfied with our furnitureIt is good quality now and will last us for a long time. They have had my money for nearly months now and have told me time and time again that I wouldn't get a refundNow when they've figured out I've gone above their heads they want to offer me a refundThey've had 3/of my furniture since the 18th of May Where is that portion of my money at? In my opinion when they come to pick up my furniture they can hand me the check thenI don't feel comfortable with everything I've experienced up until this point of them having all of my money and all of the furnitureI want to make it be known that I'm not holding the furniture hostage but I want it to be known if I don't receive the money in a reasonable amount of timeI will be forced to take legal actionsRegards,*** ***

If I had know this when I purchased, I would have made my purchase elsewhere. This was not the mattress that was with the bedroom suit we looked at and purchasedI did not see anywhere in their response the issue with the frame and the Ashley Furniture blanket that holds the frame in place on the floor. Do they not hold themselves accountable for that either. I am gathering that the frame is not part of Ashley Furniture either.

I looked in to the issue this morning. The product that was purchased was under a one year manufacturer warranty from the vendor. We have to follow the warranty the vendor sets, in this case it was ***. What was purchased was on the lower end of mattresses sold by ***, most
*** products have a ten year warranty. Any product issues past the one year warranty that *** provided on this particular model would be handles directly from the vendor. It is just like buying a new vehicle from a car company that sells ***s vehicles. The car company does not make the *** vehicle itself. They warranty the *** products during the time the vehicle is under warranty. Past that time, the car company would direct the customer directly to the *** company for any parts or issues needed with the vehicle. This is exactly how Ashley works. We did not manufacturer the mattress, *** did. They offered a one year warranty on this particular model, past that point the customer would need to deal with ***, unless an extended warranty was purchased and it was not. If Ms*** would like to dispute the $she paid she would need to contact *** directly. Unfortunately for the customer the product she purchased was not an Ashley product, and going directly through the vendor was her only option in being assisted If any further information is needed please let me know

Ms*** purchased in November of 2014. She did purchase a five year extended warranty through a third party company we use called *** *** ***. Ashley Furniture offers a one year warranty, which expired for Ms*** in December of She is almost two years outside
of her warranty period.From December on any covered issues with her furniture would be covered by *** *** ***. The repair men she is speaking of do not work for Ashley Furniture, they work for *** *** ***.Ms*** would need to *** for a resolution if she is dissatisfied with their furniture technician and the repairs made to her furniture. *** does offer full replacement when items can not be repaired to customer standards or an early cash out option. Mr*** was delivered all of his merchandise He did ask for a free recliner as compensation for his frustrations We did give him this recliner for certain circumstances that were beyond our control yet were not the consumers issue either He did let our sales manager know that he would be reaching out also to let those know who he had written to that everything had been resolved and he was satisfiedIf any further information is needed please let me know. This customer purchased through ACCNOW inside of our building.  He was not happy with his merchandise and ACCNOW picked up his furniture on 9.28.17 and he was refunded.

It is 1820 as I type this e-mail and still have no idea when I will get that phone call about the dresser. As far as my accepting the offer that all this is over once I receive the NEW AND UNDAMAGED dresser that I should have gotten when this order was placed back on July 29th is not the case. I DO want my dresser because it is what I paid for, it's mine. But, since the start of this I feel we have been put off, lied to, and basically been played 2nd fiddle to. Again we were told to purchase a protective cover, ($79.00) which we did. We were told to call the number on the back and we would receive two more at no charge. NOT THE CASE, I CALLED. Furniture schedules changed and damaged and wrong furniture all together has made this a very dissatisfying experience. Now the wife tells me the nightstand that the tech had to repair is still not right. So, do I call them with all this going on or just let it go? We paid good money for our furniture and feel as if that's not the QUALITY of service we got in return. So, as far as a resolution, NO, I paid for the dresser out right, it's part of the original furniture we are due. What has happened to the request I made in my previous email? Which includes a total refund and furniture return?
