I had the opportunity to work with [redacted] at KCB on 2 different projects on my rental property in Belgrade. When we decided to sell the house, we needed to have some repairs done on the house and I called KCB Construction because I had read 2 positive reviews elsewhere. What a great decision! [redacted] always answered my calls and if he did not answer, he called back within 10 minutes. I live on the east coast now and so I needed to put a lot of trust in a company that they would do the work thoroughly, properly and on budget as I was not able to be there to monitor every little step. [redacted] and his crew did a GREAT job fixing some water damage to the subfloor and some other minor repairs. His prices were very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent (based on photos). He made a very stressful situation very easy and I didn't worry about anything! He was very professional, pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job. Can not recommend [redacted] and KCB Construction enough!
