We had two packages returned to the [redacted] Post Office (we ship out of the [redacted] WI Post Office, but the return address on our packaging is a [redacted] address which is why the packages were returned there) One package was for paperback books and the other was for hardcoverBoth had their shipping labels torn off of the front of the package I'm not sure if the hardcover package was the shipment to Mr [redacted] or not as there is no label.We have never received any emails at [redacted] from Mr [redacted] -- there is nothing in our inbox or trash from August or August 3rd I'm not sure what happened but neither of those emails came through to us.Our intentions were not to deprive Mr [redacted] (or any other customer for that matter) one of our books We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused Mr [redacted] and have provided Mr [redacted] a full refund on this transaction

Thank you tor bringing the matter of Complaint ID [redacted] to our attentionThe buying experience and overall satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us.KCI shipped over 11,individual orders for our Cleveland Cavaliers NBAChampionship book — or which were international ordersIn this particular case, we did receive an order from Mr [redacted] on June 19, for one hardcover copy, The book was shipped on June 25, via US Postal Service with all appropriate customs documentationOur records indicate the package was delivered on July 2016.To date we have not received any return packages from the US Postal Service (USPS) for this shipment (after a certain amount of time/attempts to deliver USPS would send it back to us the sender with UNDELIVERABLE across the front)The book was packaged and shipped in a brown book shipper with the KCI Sports Publishing logo and address prominently featured on the frontThere have been times where the x x box docs not fit in the customer's mailboxUSPS personnel are to leave a note in the residences mail box and hold the package for pickupam not sure if that happened in this particular instance or notCertainly, if the package was left at Mr [redacted] 's front door there would be an opportunity for someone to steal it.Moreover, froth June until August 25, KCI did not receive any emails from Mr [redacted] at Our general email nor did I receive any calls at my direct line (###-###-####)I have voicemail on the phone and received no voicemails from Mr [redacted] regarding his missing book.If he called our general 800# (l -###-###-####) he would have been put in contact with me as our 24/7, 800# answering service employees are directed, and encouraged, give out my direct number to any customer who has a complaint (we don't have many) that's how strongly I feel about our customers having a positive experience purchasing one of our books.In essence, once we hand the packaged book over to USPS with all appropriate paperwork we are under the assumption that package will be delivered, International orders require extra customs paperwork which was completed for this package.I am sorry for any inconvenience Mr [redacted] has incurred in this matter — that was certainly not our intentI would be happy refund him for the hook and shipping which will leave KCI at a loss of $(cost of book, packaging and shipping).I will look forward to hearing back from you to confirm receipt of this response and to promptly conclude this matter

Both had their shipping labels torn off of the front of the package.  I'm not sure if the 1 hardcover package was the shipment to Mr. [redacted] or not as there is no label.We have never received any emails at [redacted] from Mr. [redacted]-- there is nothing in our inbox or trash from August 1 or August 3rd.  I'm not sure what happened but neither of those emails came through to us.Our intentions were not to deprive Mr. [redacted] (or any other customer for that matter) one of our books.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused Mr. [redacted] and have provided Mr. [redacted] a full refund on this transaction.
