K.C.'s Beauty Mart

Company didn't stand by price that was told which was 49.99 and when I get to the store he went up to 59.99
On April 4,2013 I [redacted] called KC Beauty Mart to see if they had a thermal stove and the man told me they had one and it was 49.99 so I ask what time did they close he said 7:20pm. I then told him when I get off I would call to see if he still had the product. At 6:30 I call to see if they still had the product and to confirm the price of 49.99 he said yes so I told him I was on my way from nacogdoches tx. In the meantime while on my way to the store a lady then calls meto tell me that he give me the wrong price so I told her I was already on my way and would talk to the guy when I get there. I get to the store and tell the man that he should honor the price he told me or give me a discount because he was misleading and drove 25 mins to come and get the stove and if not I want to speak to the manager they then tell me that the manager wasn't there and they had know way of contacting her. So I asked if something like this happen how do you contact your manger and they both still say they can't contact the manager. I then say well does this product come with a warranty or exchange and they tell me no so I say plug it up so I can see if it work so the man did and the lady was standing behind him pointing at him telling me that he was the owner so then I tell him that he was trying to get over on me and that I should get the product for what he told me and he still refuse so I told him that I would let everyone I know not to come there and I will not be back and then he even refuse to sell it so I went to another to called [redacted] and got the stove for 43.00
