In response to ID [redacted] : [redacted] 's vehicle was parked in a commercial parking lot at the time he claims his vehicle was dented during snow removal efforts We deny [redacted] 's claim [redacted] did not witness and has not produced any witnesses to this assumed incident*** [redacted] 's vehicle was also parked in several other locations on the same day he claims his vehicle was dented On March 30, the insurance company spoke to [redacted] and offered him a compromised settlement of $to cover his insurance deductible, plus an additional $for diminished value [redacted] asked the insurance company to call him back in a week To date, April 11, 2016, [redacted] has not responded to the insurance company's inquiries.Thank you,Monica W***
