KCS Professional Services

Review: In October of 2010,I was referred to KCS Professionals by a family friend in regards to having my credit repaired. I suffer from Lupus and Scleroderma and had bills mounting due to my illness and I sought help from KCS Professional Services, and I've paid $1,000.00 in two installments to have my credit repaired. I was assured by [redacted] that the procedure would take anywhere from 6 months to a year being that KCS Professional Services was short of staff, However. My credit was never repaired I've never received the proper papers that [redacted] promised to send me once the procedure was done, I've conversed with her on numerous occasions and has been told that she was suffering from a cousin's murder and dealing with that not to mention just a plain ole' run-around? I desperately want to go on with my life and I've pleaded with her for over two years and I have yet to receive a refund or have my credit restored.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund,I have receipts proving that I've paid for the services.
