On 1/25/12, I paid $435.39 for a full tune up on a 2005 Navigator. On 1/12/14, I was told by another mechanic the spark plugs were not changed.
On 1/25/12, I took my 2005 Lincoln Navigator to Rushing Automotive to have a full tune up. I paid $250 for them to remove & replace all spark plugs, air filter, and fuel filter as indicated on the receipt. I also paid an additional $79.99 for them to perform fuel injection cleaning & clean throttle body. All the work totaled $435.39. However, on 1/12/14, the vehicle was not operating properly (i.e. jerking while driving). I took my vehicle to another mechanic who told me that the spark plugs were not changed as indicated on 1/25/12. Therefore, I had to purchase 8 spark plugs and replace a cord in order for my vehicle to operate properly. The mechanic showed me the spark plugs in which appeared to be very worn and could not have been changed by Rushing in 2012.
