K&D Indoor Temperature Systems, Ltd.

K&D was originally contacted on June 27th regarding a broken air conditioning unit. This was handled through [redacted] Home Warranty as their "preferred" service provider. After diagnosing the problem K&D stated they ordered the necessary part. Neither myself (the customer) nor [redacted] (the home warranty service) has had any communication from K&D regarding this issue since the initial visit. The issue was never followed up on with [redacted] by K&D and to my knowledge a part has never been ordered, or received and certainly has not been installed. This is 4 weeks and one day after K&D originally diagnosed the problem. I paid a $100 deducible via debit card to start the claim and no service has been provided and there has been no contact with K&D over the past 3 days when myself and [redacted] have repeatedly tried to call them for an explanation.
