Review: New siding, spouting, and soffit installed spring 2012. The pieces of the siding fell of the house for no apparent reason withing weeks of installation, these repairs were taken care by R. D. R[redacted]. Since 2012 several times pieces of siding have come off the house and we have had to call the Rosengrant's to have repairs done. We replace other siding for another color never had any problem with the old siding, nor do the near neighbor who in the past few years have update siding to their homes that on the same street, they never loose any siding or have their soffit torn up. When the siding was installed it took almost three weeks, which seemed a long time but when you don't start to work till 9:00 in the morning and end by 2:30 maybe that's why it took that long, I just thought the installer was just being very precise and careful, I guess not. We had a rain storm on July 8, 2014, called R. D. [redacted] on July 9 to report the siding again has come off the house on three sides and we have one side expose down to the wood where it looks like water can get between the walls. Never received a call back, nor did anyone visit the premise. We called again on Monday July 14, the phone just rings, no way to leave a message, no answering service.Desired Settlement: The siding and soffit need to removed and installed correctly. There are several house around us with new siding they do not have any problems, several of the homes are out in the open where the wind could be a problem and still their siding is intact. I'm tied of the siding patch work every time the wind blow, this is not what we paid for, I paid full price for the siding, spouting and soffit to be replaced, I'm tired of the soffit blowing up and bending, siding falling off the house, and having to deal with the siding being patched, and the soffit formed again.

R. D. R[redacted] has been out to our house on at least four times since 2012 to repair the siding, I do not have the dates.

This problem need to be corrected, the siding and soffit needs to be replaced completely and stop the patch work I'm tired of calling K. D. Rosengrant, Inc every time the wind blows and I guess they are tired of hearing from us.

Returning to a premise is what I call rework and I find this action not very cost effective, if the job would have been done right from the beginning neither one of would need to deal with this issue now. At this point calling K. D. Rosengrant is pointless they do not return calls.
