KD Saddle Blankets

I ordered a show saddle pad in April of 2019. I paid for it when I ordered it. I received a message from the owner 2-3 months later explaining problems within the company. I was offered a different pad or a refund and I decided on a refund. I am still waiting to receive anything from this company and she will not return any of my messages or phone calls. I really am very frustrated and disappointed.
