Last year, I received a load of firewood that was not ready to burn. I had asked for seasoned firewood but that was not what I received. Kevin , the owner of k&d was out of town when I called to complain that I was not happy with the wood I received. He had a family emergency. When he returned, he was notified of my complaint filed against him. He immediately contacted me and asked if he gave me a cord of wood delivered free of charge would make me happy. I said absolutely. Well he more than made up for it. He brought me a truckload of beautifully seasoned wood free of charge and could not have been more apologetic. He is a man of his word . This,is the type of person you want to do business with. I will always use k&d for any tree service or firewood that I need .he was a gentleman throughout this entire Transaction.
