Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is also my first claim with the Revdex.com, in all my years of life I have never felt so mislead by a company - then have them turn their back on me when I ask them to explain the under-performance of their product and have them tell me to read the fine print-without any attempt at any resolution It is true that after a brief communication - in which I was told that no refunds would be given to me - twice , I did file a Paypal dispute, because after getting the same response twice why would I continue to communicate with KDE Paypal denied my claim because they do not deal in legal matters involving advertising as it’s terms differ state to state and country to country They suggested I go to the Revdex.com of the state in which the company does businessWhich is why I Filed the complaint As an Asian American, I am deeply offended by KDE's statement that suggests that the fact that [redacted] being Chinese has anything to do with my problems experienced in the real world with KDE motors This insensitivity to KDE's customer seems par for the course in my experience While KDE's “Build A System” app is present on their site, you are not required to use the app to make a purchase Fact is to purchase items from KDE's website there is never a box you check that specifies any sort of disclaimer that states “Our products are not guaranteed to perform within their specs, and a deviation of 36%-43% is common to experience due to 'Chinese mass-production’ and off brand props” or anything remotely close to a lack of guarantee of their data sheet In addition I find it suspicious that KDE removed the data sheet which pertains to the motor/propeller combo in question from their website While KDE reported in their response that, "We clearly state the performance specifications are not guaranteed, directly on our performance charts.” My screen capture dated at the time of the initial complaint (because KDE has removed that data sheet from their site) does not state any lack of guarantee, it merely states “Note: performance chart under the test conditions listed belowMeasurements taken under alternate conditions will affect results.” This statement sounds reasonable, but to think that this would protect KDE from having to explain up to 36%-43% efficiency losses is simply ludicrousPlease look at pdf "Website10/19/16” look under where it says technical media and find a link to "KDE5215XF-Performance Testing Data Sheet (PDF)” then look at pdf “KDEWebsiteCurrently” and notice that KDE has chosen to remove the Data Sheet in questionJust so that we still can look at the evidence of advertising I have uploaded a pdf of my screen cap entitled “DataSheetRemovedFromSite” Clearly KDE wants to make this data sheet disappear If my claim is so outside the norm of how KDE motors perform, then why wouldn’t KDE offer to replace them in our initial conversation, furthermore - why would KDE go to the trouble of removing the specs in question from their website unless they were reporting inaccurate and flawed data for their motors I remain steadfast in my belief that KDE purposely has falsified their data sheet in order to lure customers into purchasing their productsI continue to seek a full refund for the products I purchasedPlease review my uploaded documents Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
This is also my first claim with the Revdex.com,  in all my 38 years of life I have never felt so mislead by a company - then have them turn their back on me when I ask them to explain the under-performance of their product and have them tell me to read the fine print-without any attempt at any resolution.    It is true that after a brief communication - in which I was told that no refunds would be given to me - twice , I did file a Paypal dispute, because after getting the same response twice why would I continue to communicate with KDE.  Paypal denied my claim because they do not deal in legal matters involving false advertising as it’s terms differ state to state and country to country.  They suggested I go to the Revdex.com of the state in which the company does business. Which is why I Filed the complaint.
As an Asian American, I am deeply offended by KDE's statement that suggests that the fact that [redacted] being Chinese has anything to do with my problems experienced in the real world with KDE motors.  This insensitivity to KDE's customer seems par for the course in my experience.       While KDE's “Build A System” app is present on their site, you are not required to use the app to make a purchase.  Fact is to purchase items from KDE's website there is never a box you check that specifies any sort of disclaimer that states “Our products are not guaranteed to perform within their specs, and a deviation of 36%-43% is common to experience due to 'Chinese mass-production’ and off brand props” or anything remotely close to a lack of guarantee of their data sheet.
In addition I find it suspicious that KDE removed the data sheet which pertains to the motor/propeller combo in question from their website.  While KDE reported in their response that, "We clearly state the performance specifications are not guaranteed, directly on our performance charts.” My screen capture dated at the time of the initial complaint (because KDE has removed that data sheet from their site) does not state any lack of guarantee, it merely states “Note: performance chart under the test conditions listed below. Measurements taken under alternate conditions will affect results.” This statement sounds reasonable,  but to think that this would protect KDE from having to explain up to 36%-43% efficiency losses is simply ludicrous. Please look at pdf "Website10/19/16” look under where it says technical media and find a link to "KDE5215XF-435 Performance Testing Data Sheet (PDF)”… then look at pdf “KDEWebsiteCurrently” and notice that KDE has chosen to remove the Data Sheet in question. Just so that we still can look at the evidence of false advertising I have uploaded a pdf of my screen cap entitled “DataSheetRemovedFromSite”.  Clearly KDE wants to make this data sheet disappear.    If my claim is so outside the norm of how KDE motors perform, then why wouldn’t KDE offer to replace them in our initial conversation,   furthermore - why would KDE go to the trouble of removing the specs in question from their website unless they were reporting inaccurate and flawed data for their motors.     I remain steadfast in my belief that KDE purposely has falsified their data sheet in order to lure customers into purchasing their products. I continue to seek a full refund for the products I purchased. Please review my uploaded documents.
Sincerely,[redacted]
