I am rejecting this response because:
I do not agree with the business that it was my negligence by using the shower because as he knows I was staying in a hotel and did wait three days before we used water The material that was used was poly blend sanded and non-sanded grout and there was nothing wrong with the materialAlso, there are other areas in my bathroom where the grout is cracking where it has no contact with water I do have to pictures to prove Also, I do have phone records from the last time that the company called me and the conversation was left as he would contact me back when he has a guy available to come to my homeThere was never a formal appointment scheduled with a time and date if he showed up at my house out of the blue of course there was a chance I cannot be home Why am I am so hostile on my demands and going to great lengths to get my bathroom fixed is because when I contacted the business he responded to my text message very rudely and did not help in anyway But if the company is offering to help me with this issue and repair the areas in my shower that need repaired I will buy the materials that he recommends he can inspect them before he applies them and not charge me for his labor to do the job properly and guarantee for sometime based off his discretion it will not happen again I am willing to and the dispute and we can all carwith our lifes

We tried to help this customer after the first no name contractor refused to completed the job according to his father the other contractor was asking for more moneyThey supplied all the material used, and advised the father that we not responsible for material but only responsible for
installation, we tried resolve the issue back in February, 2015, went to the house on a schedule day, 2/23/nobody answered the bellSeveral days later he called and told him to call me when his going to be home because I was there with my one of my guys, but never did until now and treating us with lawsuit and asking for $150.00, otherwise he's going to Revdex.com and the company we advertise withWe advised him to buy better material and we would be glad to do it for him but he wanted money for new material that he initially boughtThe father was advised not to use the shower the next days so that it can dry properlyThey probably used the shower without allowed it to dryThe rest of the walls still stand and have groutOur offer still stands to help him out but not to pay for his negligentThanks,
