KDs Haulin and Excavating

This is a response to the complaint from [redacted] in Otis Orchard, WA The original agreement for the sale of dirt was to deliver yards at the price of $to be dumped for him so he can spread out for his golf courseThe agreement was all done through emails which I have all of them to provide if neededHe decided he needed yards so I, Karen agreed to deliver another load for an additional $since he was doing it for a good cause He brought bags of peet product that was to be mixed in with the dirtEach bag was to be separated into load of dirt which made it loads of dirt making it to yards The dirt was screened and then the peet product mixed into the screened dirt then loaded into a yard dump box for delivery Due to the rainy weather and all of the obstacles, sprinklers, newly planted trees and very soft sand made it difficult to enter and leave the location in which it was unloadedThe loads were full and loads were delivered I have many pictures of the product that was screened showing rocks were clearly screened and removedI have not had any conversations with [redacted] saying this dirt would be spread by KD's Haulin & Excavation, LLC On the last delivery I, Karen asked [redacted] how he felt about the dirt He quoted "he couldn't have been happier and more pleased" He sent another email asking for another load but I, Karen said he would have to pay the full price Then he started saying he had another load coming and at that point he stated he had rocks in which had not been mentioned before that point Desired Settlement: This order for an average customer would have been for the sum of $plus delivery fee of $so that would make it where he would owe me an additional $ I have many customers that have been very happy with the product including no complaints without screening it and going the extra mile Sincerely, Karen H [redacted] KD's Haulin & Excavation, LLC

Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would be happy to forward pictures of the dirt that was delivered It clearly shows mostly rocks, some up to boulder size so it is obvious that it was not screened as was promised Please instruct me on how to forward these photos and it will be done Secondly, Please ask Karen when she apparantly delivered the "last" load in her opinion I have emails and texts from her worker that will prove that I am owed one more load Again, please instruct me on how to forward these and it will prove that she is a liar
I have a bid from a local contractor to come to the site and screen the dirt for me I can get a statement from him to verify that the dirt was not screened Also, I can prove that each load delivered was yards, not the that Karen states It would be against the law to deliver yards at a time Maybe we should sopena the driver's logs????Regards,*** ***

The original agreement for the sale of dirt was to deliver 50 yards at the price of $1100.00 to be dumped for him so he can spread out for his golf course. The agreement was all done through emails...

which I have all of them to provide if needed. He decided he needed 60 yards so I, Karen agreed to deliver another load for an additional $100.00 since he was doing it for a good cause.  He brought 5 bags of peet product that was to be mixed in with the dirt. Each bag was to be separated into 1 load of dirt which made it 5 loads of dirt making it 70 to 75 yards.  The dirt was screened and then the peet product mixed into the screened dirt then loaded into a 16 yard dump box for delivery.  Due to the rainy weather and all of the obstacles, sprinklers, newly planted trees and very soft sand made it difficult to enter and leave the location in which it was unloaded. The loads were full and 5 loads were delivered.  I have many pictures of the product that was screened showing rocks were clearly screened and removed. Desired Settlement:
This order for an average customer would have been for the sum of $2100.00 plus delivery fee of $125.00 so that would make it where he would owe me an additional $1025.00.   
I have many customers that have been very happy with the product including no complaints without screening it and going the extra mile.
