KDT Towing & Repair

On November 29 I had a flat tire near *** on ramp of ***. KDT Towing was dispatched by ***. KDT arrived with a tilt trailer with a wooden deck and with strong metal fenders over the wheels. When their guy drove my 2017 *** onto the tilted trailer my car slid to the right. I think the wooden deck was slippery because it was snowing. The right wheel was turned some and it nudged up against the trailers fender. This caused a thumbnail sized chip in the *** rim. Car was towed to ***. After new tire came in and was replaced I called KDT Towing on December 5 about the rim damage and was told I needed to talk with ***. He wasn't in call back tomorrrow. Called KDT on Friday December 6 and spoke with ***. I told him a new rim at *** was $724. He said he would make some calls over the weekend to see if he could get a bettter price and would get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. I didn't hear back from him so called KDT Towing on December 13 and was told *** was on the road. I left a message for him to call me. No response back so I called again on december 17 and again was told he was on the road and left a message and received no response. I called again on December 21 and *** was not available and did not return my call. By now I'm sure he's avoiding me because a repacement rim wass going to be expensive. I made one last attempt on December 23 and was again told *** was on the road. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to about the damaged rim as was told I had to speak to *** as he was the only one who handled these matters. I told his dispatcher this would be my last call and if he didn't return my call I would have to do something different. *** once agin did not return my call so here we are. At the time this happened my car had less than 23,000 miles on it.
