I received the notice regarding the complaint you received on 9/21/(ID#***). I understand the frustration of the clients who purchased the gift certificates when they were unable to get scheduled right away. Unfortunately, I am the sole artist working right now and am currently
scheduled months out. I would be more than willing to schedule the clients to get them in and honor their gift certificates, however it is not their wish to be scheduled and only wish to be reimbursed. Gift certificates and deposits are non-refundable and this is posted in my shop. The gift certificates are not expired and they client would be able to list them for sale in order to get cash in exchange. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, however at this time I am not in a position to refund the gift certificates. I have been a victim of identity theft starting in November of and much of my free time has been spend tending to those issues. It has been a constant battle of trying to regain control of my accounts and my credit, therefore I am unable to refund the clientI will extend the expiration dates on the gift certificate so that they can be honored by the client, or someone who purchases them from the client. The gift certificates were issued for twice the amount of the cash paid, so I am certain the client would be able to find someone to purchase them and get their initial funds back. Thank you for your understanding with this matter
