K&E Roofing

Review: We had K&E roofing fix a repair on our roof in May 2013 because our roof was leaking and had wind damage to our shingles and because of this we (my husband and myself) had leaking in our kitchen. We paid over $8,000 for this company to fix the repairs. We had a large rain storm the Saturday night before Christmas (12-21 going into 12-22-13) and I had over 2 1/2 gallons of water come thru my ceiling in my kitchen in a NEW spot which was an "L" shape 3 foot by 3 foot and also 3 other spots that are round maybe 2 to 3 inches round AND including the same leak that was there before. Our ceiling was SO wet that my ceiling cracked and came apart some. I have called [redacted] on his cell ###-###-#### and left a message and he refuses to call me back. I had my Insurance Agency-State Farm ###-###-#### also call him and when they called from another number he returned the call and then when [redacted] answered he hung up. I have went to 242 E Main St where his business is set up in the back of the building due to this being a tanning salon "[redacted]'s" and left messages there and also texted him and still NO return call back. I have spoke to two of the girls there and they both said his phone IS working because they both have either talked to him or he has texted them. I want my ceiling and roof repaired right and he's refusing to call back.Desired Settlement: Either a refund because we had to file a claim on this and it still is continuing to leak, even worse, or a repair of the same shingles and our ceiling and insulation replaced.
