the last date someone from keares was here was 10-26-15.  This was in response to a problem with my sewer pump that may have been caused by their technician that was here on 10-23-15.  The tech said he connected my sewer pump to the utility which I didn't understand and the next morning my...

sewer pump alarm went off.  When I called and asked what the tech did the following monday, the customer service guy, Kevin C[redacted] came out and pretended to try to fix the sewer even though he obviously had no idea what he was doing.  Keares is refusing to fill out  the startup paperwork required by [redacted] to validate the warrantyI do not have any contract I signed with them.  I requested copies of any and all paperwork I signed from Keares but they are refusing to provide it.
