I should have heeded the warnings I read in reviews about Associated Supply Coand now I hope that you will do so Their products are of poor and unreliable quality, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired I tried for over one year to obtain printer ink cartridges that worked, but all efforts failed No matter how many shipments they sent me, none worked; and I had to return them each time using a prepared label they would also send me When I gave up and requested a refund they refused to give me back all the money I had paid so they ended up with most of my money and all the defective cartridges; and I ended up with a $refund and not a single working cartridge PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE; DO NOT TRUST ASSOCIATED SUPPLY FOR YOUR OFFICE GOODS

There's something wrong with this companyThey pretty much force you to try their productI was told things on the phone call, number being I was getting a free sample (then I got billed), and then I was also told these were competitive pricesSure, they're competitive prices for NEW BRAND NAME cartridges, but these are refilled, off brandIn which case it is a ripoff, and then the third and final thing is during the phone call I was told in days they'd contact me to see if I liked them and see if I wanted to to business with them in the futureweeks later after that phone call I got a billAnd then I got another email and harassed on the phone saying I needed to pay a bill I wasn't even supposed to haveNeedless to say I sent the ink backI was nothing to do with a business that lies, knowingly miss marked and miss priced products.Revdex.com really needs to take another look at how they handle the potential customersAnd now here comes the company trying to make themselves look better and cover upTake it from me, if you want good ink, for a TRULY competitive price DO NOT GO HERE

I received an unsolicited call from Associated Supply. While speaking with [redacted], I felt pressured to agree to allow them to send me cartridges that if I liked, I could pay them for later. Something didn't feel right so I wanted to research the company a bit. In addition, I did not have ready access to what we are paying and how much we are using currently and I wanted time gather that information, check the Revdex.com site, etc. I did not get a chance to explain that however, because when I told [redacted] that I would consider trying his cartridges, but I wanted to get his number and call him back because I was not ready to make a decision today, he became belligerent with me stating, "no you want, once you get off the phone, I will never hear from you again." I am a person of my word and would have called him back even if it was to tell him I did not want to try his product. I did not try Associated Supply's product and I certainly don't have any plans to after this experience. Revdex.com, I think you need to check this company out a bit more, something is not right when a company wants to pressure you into agreeing to something before they even allow you learn more about their company.
