I do not recommend hiring this law firmThey are unprofessional and overcharge clients by requiring a $10,retainer! Yes, $10,000, not a misprintI was referred by my CPA but advised him not to send any future referralsSeveral of my associates were shocked at the high retainer amountI was also charged an additional $for the initial consultationHere's the kickerWhen I terminated K&K's services, they refunded the unused portion of the retainer I paidHowever, an error was made and my refund was higher than I was owedOk, mistakes can happenI was then harrassed and threatened with legal action if I did not send back the overageI responded in writing and offered sending half, as this was their errorI received no response but instead received a collection notice less than days from this mix-upHarrarrasing and bullying clients is just plain wrongLook for another firm that will treat you respectfully and fairly
