Mr*** had his vehicle towed to my shop by AAA on or before February 29,2016.The car was delivered by AAA after hours and my two mechanics noticed the dent In the hood when Kearnes opened the following morning .Mr*** asked for an estimate to put a new engine in his truck (see attached
estimate)He never followed up, stopped in or inquired about his vehicleNYS registration had expired 8-15-and NYS Inspection had expired 10/As far as I was concerned the vehicle was abandoned.On August 1,he stopped In, apparently to look at his vehicle and make accusations.My property is not a free public parking lotI charge $per day for storage, which is posted.Although Mr*** owes Kearney's Service Center $for storage (days x $65), waswilling to forego the storage and told him to remove his car from the premises.As far as the other accusations, Kearney's has been in business for over years and we do not stay In business by stealing shoes and other itehave plenty of heavy duty tow chainsThe car was locked the entire time he received his free storage
