Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] I would like to add however that the business assured me the employee would be fired which is an obvious lie on their part I am upset at their claims regarding the incident with both the employee at my home and the manager on the phone I do just want this negative experience to be over and as it seems this business is less than honest I will accept their lies and move forward
ID# [redacted] Our delivery range, through [redacted] ***, is set at five miles The driver informed the customer she was outside our delivery area and somehow [redacted] took the order in error However, we delivered this order and would be happy to meet her at a closer location for any future orders We would also contact [redacted] and fix the delivery range issue so it would not happen again The food was delivered in a timely manner and met with our high standards She had no problem with the quality of the food and the punctuality of the delivery The problem seemed to arise when the driver informed her of the delivery range issue When he told her that in the future, we would have to meet at a closer location She immediately began yelling and was unwilling to listen to his explanation The employee told her to contact his manager and left as soon as possible He is a three year employee with no customer complaints He understands the value of a happy customer and always treats customers with respect When she called our place of business, she was irate and unable to talk rationally She stated that she wanted a full refund That seemed excessive since the food quality was good and it was delivered in a timely fashion We arranged a 20% refund through [redacted] and they provided her with coupons for future orders She accepted the refundThat was the last we heard from her until we received this complaint in the mail I hope this will help rectify the problem We value each and every customer and take any complaint very seriously.Thank You,Pizza Plus
