I submitted an order in May 2016 but when the product had not been received by the end of June I wrote an email inquiring about my orderno response. I called and left a messageno response. I called once again and sent another emailno response! At this time I contacted my credit card company since, you guessed it, I had been charged for the product. Visa then issued credit and is still conducting an investigation.
