Greetings,In response to the complaint filed by *** *** ***, the customer ordered 11tuxedosWhich one tuxedo was given free of chargeAs of today tuxedos have not been returnedI contacted the customer on numerous occasions requesting for them to be returnedHer response was very
rude and used foul abusive language towards meAt the time of the order being placed all guests were measured accordinglyI informed *** and her guests that the suits will be ordered closer to the event datewould receive the tuxedo days prior (6/29/16) to the event date and her guests would need to come in for final fittingI was very specific and said if any adjustments and or exchanges need to be done, it would be ideal for the guest to come in the afternoon of 6/29/So I would have sufficient time to exchange any tuxedo if neededAll the guest came in 6/29/for fitting of the guests needed alterationsWhich included *** ***, *** *** **., *** ***, *** ***, their paints needed the hem to be loweredI have enclosed the measurement sheet to reflect the measurements taken from the guests along with the order paperwork from the vendorWhich clearly states the measurementsEven though the measurements were taken correctly, after the fitting it is usual for alterations to take placeAll the tuxedos provided came complete including tiesThe vendor would not deliver an incomplete orderAs for the guest *** *** his measurements were taken and guest stated his regular sixe is a 2XL prior to the order being placed*** came into the store for fitting, his tuxedo fitHe did not complain about the tuxedo not fittingHe took the tuxedoThe next following day 6/30/*** came into the store and asked if I could order a 4XL tuxedoI advised her that size was not availableI offered her the next larger size but told her the style may be different due to size and stylesAs many tuxedos are limited in style due to plus sizesShe agreed in the next larger size which would be 3XLThe tuxedo was ordered on 6/and arrived on 7/1/*** *** wife came into the store and was not content with the tuxedo as the vest was not a full body vestBut a partial which does not cover the back only the front sideThe rest of tuxedo was comparable to the others*** *** wife declined the alternative tuxedo and kept the original tuxedoAs for the son's tuxedo the coat was ordered per measurement and per the vendors order form it clearly states it was a boy/youth sizeAt the time of the fitting both parents came into the store and never complained about the coatThey took the tuxedo without payingAs of today tuxedos have not been returnedI contacted the customer on numerous occasions requesting for them to be returnedHer response was very rude and used foul abusive language towards meThey ended up getting two tuxedos for free, as they walked out of the store without paying for the son's tuxedoI did everything possible to accommodate the plus size tuxedo and completed the alterations within a timely mannerI have enclosed supporting documentation.| disagree with the customer desired settlementAs previously stated, the customer has not returned tuxedos and tuxedo has not been paidIt is the customer's responsibility to return the tuxedos.My desired settlement is for the customer to return the tuxedos, pay for the sons tuxedo rentalIf the tuxedos are not returned I have no choice but to take legal action for the full price of the tuxedosThe tuxedos are not my property but from the vendorI am fully responsible for the full price if not returnedThe vendor has been very understanding and patient with me.Respectfully,*** ***/Owner***s Bridal Fashion
