On, July 17, 2016, *** *** *** *** engaged in a contractual agreement with KEC Remodeling Services to have fencing completed at her home. As *** *** desired to have her payments staggered in order to meet her financial needs, she was furnished invoicing for the actual tasks that were
being completed as well as the amount she was responsible for paying during the project’s process. The total cost of the project (with a substantial discount of 2455.54) was 3,Initially, she supplied the monetary amount of as her deposit to being the services at her home. One week later she furnished another in order to continue work at her home. At this time, the project was not completed however all of the outlined tasks from the invoices provided were completed in full even with the provided, yet constricted time frames that *** *** outlined. *** *** only desired the work for an outside project to be completed in the evening hours when she returned to her property from work which was typically after 5:pm. Please note that the project course was on target but *** *** noted that she was not pleased with the progress of the project and indicated that payment would not be continued until she was pleased with what she felt should be equivalent to her paid 1300.00. KEC Remodeling Service has built its reputation on the satisfaction of the customer and made every effort to be understanding of this customer’s needs but in a like manner KEC Remodeling Services is not a company that can provide services for free in today’s economic environment. As the proprietor, a comprehensive explanation was furnished to *** *** that the project’s completion was at the midpoint and upon her full payment of the outstanding balance the requested services / construction would be finalize. KEC Remodeling came out to my home and performed all the work on time and efficiently. My bathroom had the same boring design from the 70's. Kareem and his staff brought it back to life with new tile, vanity, and paint.
Very good job. I always try to support local businesses in my area. I took a chance with KEC and I wasn't disappointed . . .
